Full-Service Property Maintenance

1) Regular inspections: We recommend weekly, but we cater to your exact needs. These inspections are customized to the systems and features of each home and are reported in detail after each visit noting date, time, and anything out of the ordinary. Specific key conditions are noted for tracking purposes each time. For instance, temperature and humidity per zone, equipment status, and functionality of key systems are recorded on each visit. We keep consistency with regard to who does the inspections and handles issues at your home, but that person is backed up by the entire team, who is familiar with your home in every way.

2) Systems maintenance: We will develop for you a proposed schedule for maintaining the different systems of your home, including your landscape, HVAC, pool/spa, generator, elevator, pest control, etc. Often times, we can negotiate contract prices that save our clients money over what they would be charged individually. Then, we take responsibility for these maintenance contracts, and follow up with the service companies to ensure accurate work and billing.

3) Maintenance work: We oversee for our clients general maintenance services such as pressure washing, cleaning services, painting, window cleaning, hardware adjustments, and other general handyman services.

4) Concierge Services: At Your Service KKR offers concierge services while you are here in town. Whether it is pet grooming or full party catering, our team of connected partners can take the burden away from you and let you enjoy your stay.
